DealMakers, South Africa's corporate finance magazine and an important barometer of South Africa’s mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate finance market, recognised Webber Wentzel at their annual gala awards. Webber Wentzel received five awards including
Legal Adviser of the Year 2018 - M&A - by Deal Flow and Legal Adviser of the Year 2018 - General Corporate Finance - by Deal Value. Webber Wentzel also acted as a legal adviser on the M&A Deal of the Year 2018.
Chambers Global, the leading directory that provides independent and impartial insight and feedback on the capabilities of law firms and individual lawyers, released its 2019 results. Webber Wentzel was ranked in 23 practice areas, (with 13 of those featured in Band 1) and achieved 64 individual ratings.
