"We wish all of our new partners a long and successful career at Webber Wentzel, and look forward to the continued contribution they will make in shaping our firm for the future. Our 2019 partnership election demonstrates the firm’s growth as well as its breadth and depth of knowledge across multiple practice areas. We continue to aspire to deliver to clients the most competitive offering both in terms of talent and sector expertise and to focus on transforming the industry. We have beaten our transformation target for new total black salaried partners and on gender, we are really championing the space with 56% of our market leading legal and tax advisers and 50% of our leadership team already being women. There is still much more we are working on to build on this success."
