Huneiza is highly regarded for her technical excellence, with over 22 years of experience in corporate law and M&A, specifically dealing with securities law, corporate finance and structuring, corporate law and governance, black economic empowerment transactions, financial services regulation, international transactions, joint ventures, listings/ flotations, leveraged and management buy-outs, mining transactions, private equity, public offerings and private placements.
As one of the few lawyers who specialises in providing M&A and Equity Capital Markets advice, which are crucial components of the corporate landscape, Huneiza brings extensive experience and a deep passion for these areas.
Her experience includes advising multinationals on cross-border transactions as well as on various IPOs on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
Huneiza's qualifications include an LLB and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of the Witwatersrand.
